Река Опала является горной рекой. Она берет свое начало с высокогорного плато вулкана Горелый, разрезает своим руслом кальдеру действующего вулкана Опала, имеет один порог 3-й категории сложности, удалена от населенных пунктов и от сети дорог (доставка на маршрут возможна только вертолетом). В верховьях реки (район старта сплава) находятся Верхне-Опальские горячие источники, в районе выхода реки из кальдеры находятся Нижне-Опальские холодные минеральные источники, не имеющие себе равных на Камчатке по дебету воды. Общая протяженность сплава составляет 87 км. для рыболовных туров и около 120 км. для туров без рыбалки.

A fishing boat overturned in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea. Two people have been found dead.

 

The Emergency Situations Ministry received information that a fishing boat overturned in 10 km from the seashore in the territory of the H.Z.Taghiyev settlement in the Sumgayit city, the Emergency Situations Ministry told Trend.
